If you are an audiophile, or just like music in general, you probably heard of the name ‘Bose‘. They are a giant in the audio market and they always make sure to provide you with the latest technologies so they can keep their costumers satisfied at all times.
If you use your Bluetooth headset to make calls and listen to music in equal amounts, but you need to keep one ear free, the Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 should be at the top of your list. It addresses the middling noise cancellation that held back the original Bose Bluetooth Headset and features fantastic A2DP quality that sounds more like an actual wired earbud than a Bluetooth headset.
What’s so special about it?
From the design perspective, the Series 2 looks identical to the original Bose Bluetooth headset. It measures 0.7 inches in height, 1.8 in width, 1.3 inches in depth and weighs 0.48 ounces. It’s made of a combination of matte and shiny black plastic, with a silver detail line that runs around the edges of the headset.
There are volume controls and a multi-function call button on the top, and a sliding power button on the bottom which works fine and feels comfortable. LED lights on the back of the headset indicate Bluetooth connection status and battery life. The battery indicator flashes green, yellow, or red to let you know how much charge you’ve got left.
Included with the headset are a carrying case, a USB charging cable and wall adapter, and small, medium, and large tips for your ears. Unlike the original headset, which was only available for the right ear, Bose is now offering a left or right ear version of the Series 2. You get to choose which version you want when placing your order.
Voice quality through the headset’s earpiece is excellent. Volume goes very loud, and voices sound rich and natural. Bose is also using a noise-rejecting microphone that is supposed to filter out the noise around you, allowing the person on the other end of the call to hear more of your voice.
Battery life lasts up to 4 hours and 46 minutes of talk time, which is good for a headset of these performances and size.
Considering its price, I would say that it has everything that you would want on a Bluetooth headset. The worst thing about the cheap, chinese bluetooth headsets is that they are usually faulty and stop working while you are in the middle of an important voice call.
If you don’t want that to happen, I would suggest you invest some money into a high-quality Bluetooth headset like the Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2, and you won’t ever run into any problems with it.
If you are looking for the best headset on the market, with the best performances and a stylish design, then, Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 is your answer.
